The very historic Eldridge Park. I'll post some links here so you can see pictures of it in it hay-day. Opened in the 1870's died, basically, in the 1980's. Check all these links as they are all very good. In fact, the picture at the top of the page was taken from nearly the exact location from where I had the camera pointed at about 4:15 in the video: www.joycetice.com Starting at about 4:27 in the video you can see the location of the old wooden roller-coaster which was built in 1935 (same year as the Empire State Building) and torn down just after the Gulf War of 1991.
