I do landscaping and lawn care ( own my business) and I am interested in getting a concealed license. I know it is very hard to obtain in new york state. I live upstate near Elmira. I would want one because I do carry large amounts of cash, and also because some of the lawns I do are in the woods. I have seen a bear one time and it scared me but ran away, but made me think what if it was a cub and the mother was around and I am all alone in the woods with a weed whacker. Also other animal species. ( some sightings of feral hogs along with mountain lions). Also I would like to for recreational use and protection for my home and family.
